Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas. If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of Hudson and its assigns, successors, and legal representatives.
