This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Hudson Multifamily Group, a registered assumed business name of The END Group, Co., a licensed Texas real estate broker ("Hudson," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific sections of the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Informational Purposes Only; No Brokerage Relationship

The Site and its contents are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or lease any property, security, or investment, and nothing on the Site constitutes investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Any market information, projections, opinions, or estimates are illustrative only and are not guarantees of any result.

Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Hudson. A brokerage or advisory relationship is formed only upon a separate written agreement signed by you and Hudson. Any real estate brokerage representation is governed by Texas law and the Texas Real Estate Commission, including the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) notice and the Consumer Protection Notice, which we provide as required.

Texas is a non-disclosure state; we do not publish specific transaction sale prices.

Consent to Receive Messages.

By affirmatively checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile phone number through a web form on this website — or by otherwise providing your mobile number to us in writing, by phone, or in the course of a transaction — you expressly consent to receive text messages from us related to our commercial real estate services. These messages may include property acquisition and disposition opportunities, listing inquiries, owner outreach related to your property holdings, market intelligence updates, transaction coordination, deal correspondence, appointment confirmations, and other business communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, listing, sale, or other service.

Message Frequency.

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us and any active transactions or inquiries.

Message and data rates may apply, based on your wireless carrier plan.

Opt-Out.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will not receive further SMS messages from HUDSON MULTIFAMILY GROUP. To resume messages, reply START.

Mobile Information Privacy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of our services (for example, SMS delivery platforms, CRM providers, and IT vendors) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Eligibility.
